We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Junior Sales Consultant to join our team🚀
The successful candidate will focus on selling Sonar and GitLab licenses to businesses across various industries. As a Junior Sales Consultant, you will learn the full sales process from prospecting to closing deals while receiving support and guidance from experienced sales professionals.

👉 Excellent level of German is a must as your main focus is on Austria, Germany, Switzerland
👉 Conversational proficiency in English (both spoken and written)
👉 Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required)
👉 1+ year of sales or customer service experience (preferably in B2B or software sales)
👉 Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly
👉 Results-driven mindset with a passion for learning and achieving goals
👉 Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus
👉 Basic understanding of software development and DevOps concepts (Sonar and GitLab experience is a bonus, but not required)
👉 Ability to work independently while being a team player in a fast-paced environment.
👉 Highly organized with strong attention to detail
✔️ Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential customers in need of Sonar and GitLab solutions through various outreach methods (e.g., cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn)
✔️ Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system
✔️Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions
✔️Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Sonar and GitLab products, staying up to date on their features, pricing models, and integration capabilities
✔️Support Sales Process: Assist in preparing proposals, quotes, and presentations, ensuring alignment with customer needs
✔️Follow-up: Maintain consistent communication with leads and customers throughout the sales process, providing timely responses and solutions to inquiries
✔️Cross-Selling & Up-Selling: Identify opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell additional services, such as consulting and integration support
✔️Collaboration: Work closely with senior sales reps, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment on sales strategies and messaging
✔️Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals, with a focus on driving revenue growth
