 Codelab is a valued partner for software development and digitization for companies in the automotive, industrial and enterprise sectors. Our core business focuses on embedded systems, IoT applications, full-stack software development and consulting for development processes.
The team of 250 employees operates a branch in Berlin and two technology centers in Szczecin and Wroclaw.
Codelab is a subsidiary of Beta Systems Software AG – a leading medium-sized software solution provider for high-performance IT environments.

The role requires frequent business trips within Germany.

 

The picture of perfect candidate:

 

·       Degree in (business) computer science, business administration or a comparable degree

·       Several years of experience (min. 5 years) in the acquisition of new customers in the IT environment as well as the support of existing customers

·       Fun to deal with new technologies and to continuously develop

·       Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team, as well as confident negotiation skills

·       Entrepreneurial thinking and acting and enjoy working with constantly new and innovative technologies

·        Good command of written and spoken English and Fluent German 

·       Good conceptual and analytical skills

·       Work independently

 

What you can expect in this role:

·       Pre-qualification and initial approach of potential customers

·       Acquisition and development of target customers with focus on services in software development for embedded system as well as frontend applications and business solutions

·       Analysis of customer requirements and development of solutions together with our technical experts

·       Building and maintaining long-term and trusting relationships with your new customers

·       Individual preparation of offers, taking into account technical feasibility, business parameters and customer requirements

·       Sales process responsibility, from the preparation of the offer through the preparation and implementation to the negotiation strategy and the conclusion of the contract

·       Establishment and maintenance of cooperation partnerships in sales and solution design

·       Close cooperation with our business development and marketing department
